**What you will do:** + Lead the development and execution of Stryker’s global workplace design strategy to foster a flexible, inclusive, and agile work culture + Oversee design projects from concept to post-occupancy evaluation across multiple global locations, ensuring alignment with the Stryker Workplace Design Guidelines + Direct internal and external design teams to deliver innovative, purpose-driven workspaces that align with brand, values, and business goals + Use data from surveys, workplace studies, and analytics to guide design decisions and continuously optimize space utilization. + Coordinate with Stryker’s Construction PMO team on project work to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards + Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, EHS, Security, and other corporate functions to ensure cohesive and inclusive project planning + Work with Stryker Real Estate & Facilities team to monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and track the success of workplace initiatives + Support management efforts, communicating the purpose and benefits of workplace transitions to employees **What you need:** **Required:** + Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field + Minimum of 8 years’ experience in workplace design, corporate real estate, or facilities management + Proven success designing and implementing activity-based and flexible work environments + Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex, global projects + Experience with workplace analytics and using data to inform design decisions + Knowledge of corporate construction management practices + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills **Preferred:** + Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., LEED, WELL, NCIDQ) + Experience leading change management initiatives related to workspace transformation Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
