Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for forecasting and determining workforce requirements using data and trend analysis and generating optimized schedules through scheduling software.
Manage time-off requests, shift trades, and shift bids, while maintaining accurate employee and workforce tool data.
Conduct schedule simulations, lead staffing discussions with Operations and Client Solutions, and provide strategic support and feedback to management.
Ensure forecast accuracy and schedule efficiency, support training and coaching activities, and handle special assignments as needed, all while complying with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant workforce experience required. Experience with EWFM, Aspect, or IEX is a plus.
