Partner with the best

As a Welder you’ll be required to carry out cladding on machined parts to a high degree of quality, and work on your own initiative to meet the production schedule of the plant. The role will require the ability to weld many different types of components related to Gas and Steam turbine repairs. This position may be required to flex between first and second shift as needed.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for:

Performing visual and in-process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality specifications Reading and understanding engineering drawings & specificationsOverlay of components using Tig & MiG per weld proceduresSetting up and welding components within the parameters of the specific weld procedureDetailing grinding of components after weld repairsAdhering to Company Safety and Environmental policies Qualifications/RequirementsAdhering to Company quality procedures

To be successful in this role you will:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)5+ years of experience in WeldingExperience of using foot control tig and MiG machinesExperience with SMAW & GMAW welding proceduresExperience of manual TIGPossess good communication skillsWork overtime as neededAble to work independently and with others
