We are looking for a MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Warehouse Trainer who will be responsible for ensuring warehouse staff are properly trained on the safe and effective use of MHE, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nIdentify, Co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements\nProduce and update training materials and packages \nOrganise and deliver effective training event both in the classroom and on the job \nConduct on the job inductions for new colleagues into the business \nReview, identify, plan and conduct ongoing training requirements for all colleagues on site \nMonitor and review the training effectiveness through questionnaires and management feedback \nDevelop a culture of respect and high performance \nPromote DHL core values and act as a role model for teams and individuals \nPerform all the induction training for new colleagues

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nTrain the trainer qualification ( MHE Certified RTITB or ITSSAR or equivalent ) \nLooking for some with widder skill set ( inbound & outbounds Picking, loading, unloading trailers, Tc57 scanners) \n Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills \n Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills \n Able to deal with competing demands in a busy environment \nExperence and knowledge in WMS - desirable \nOk to work Mon -Fri , with occasional weekend and holiday cover
