Job Purpose and Impact

The Warehouse Operator I, will perform various routine or repetitive warehouse tasks and operate warehouse equipment under frequent guidance. In this role you will support efficient and safe operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employerCargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facilityAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipmentAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Basic computer skillsAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance noticeAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Preferred Qualifications:High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experienceExperience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and WordWorking knowledge of inventory systemsPrior experience in production related work
