ADP is hiring a B2B VP/GM on the ADP Data Solutions team.

 

Data Solutions is a tech-driven business unit that securely and responsibly leverages ADP’s unique and proprietary dataset to create market and customer value. ADP pays 40M+ workers globally including nearly 20% of the working population in the US. ADP also moves over $3 trillion each year on behalf of our clients to deliver to workers and government agencies.  

 

ADP is hiring a tech-focused VP/GM for our B2B Data Solutions portfolio. The portfolio covers 4 strategic products including People Analytics, Benchmarking, Income and Employment Verification, and the Voice of Employee survey and broadcast application.

 

As a successful leader in this role, you will both scale existing products in the portfolio and innovate new products leveraging ADP’s unique dataset to unlock incremental growth. You have deep customer insight and can translate that into simple, practical execution plans. You are skilled at test-and-learn innovation to build and grow new data products. You have the influence to build cross-functional teams across matrix reporting relationships to deliver meaningful customer outcomes. You are strategic thinker with deep experience in B2B technology, a strong business acumen, and the ability to scale and optimize teams across sales, marketing, product, and operations.

 

You will set a clear tech-vision to shape product roadmaps in partnership with Global Product & Technology organization, accelerate distribution by partnering with sales, and establish operational experience leading service and implementation teams to ensure all our offerings work together seamlessly.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage P&L for organization setting ambitious, but achievable targets, balancing ROI to maximize ADP capital allocation, and ensuring delivery on commitments Develop, communicate, and establish buy-in on strategic goals at Executive Committee level Manage relationships with key business stakeholders both internally (BU, Product & Technology, Sales) and externally Implement initiatives by establishing followership across the organization and clear processes to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals Function as a consultant and business partner to the organizations within ADP Monitor various productivity and performance standards to ensure that established levels are achieved, especially during critical activity periods Serve as an acting backup to other leaders, providing leadership, guidance and direction to team members in the absence of the leader

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree with a total of 15+ years of work experience or MBA / Master's Degree with a total of 10+ years' work experience Experience in leading and directing multiple individuals across enterprise Must be able to coordinate product initiatives across various internal partners including sales and service leadership teams, finance, business development and strategy leaders required Proven ability to drive business growth and manage a P&L in a tech-driven environment Demonstrated success in managing multi-line product projects Proven track record of maintaining effective Project Team relationships in highly matrixed environment Must possess a proven ability to work effectively with an aggressive and demanding growth schedule Must possess excellence organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and conflicting projects Must possess excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and team leadership skills Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks in order to successfully meet project objectives
