We are seeking a talented individual to join our Bowring Marsh Asia broking team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will manage the overall performance of a unit/geography within the broking centre, focusing on the placement of multiple line policies for clients.
We will count on you to:
Manage program design and syndication of placement transactions.Negotiate placements and manage transaction processes to ensure competitive wholesale insurance products are delivered.Identify new placement and product opportunities in regional markets, assisting in the development of new clients and retention of existing clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, ensuring service and performance meet Marsh standards.Coordinate workload within the assigned area to ensure effective operations and provide input on team performance.What you need to have:
Proven experience in insurance broking or a related field.Strong negotiation skills and experience in transaction management.Fluency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with retail offices in North Asia.What makes you stand out:
