**The Opportunity**
The position of **Vendor Partner Alliance Manager** is within Informatics will be based out of our, **Lake Forest, Illinois or Willis Tower** office on site at least 4 out of 5 days per week. As a Vendor Partner Alliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our clients’ needs with innovative solutions that enhance client and patient experiences. This role will be responsible for supporting business-wide strategic alliance imperatives by creating, developing, and driving relationships that will optimize device connectivity solutions and streamline and enhance collaborative GTM activities. You will be responsible for building relationships, driving vendor partner alliance opportunities, establishing a strategy and roadmap and collaborating across teams to help with roadmap execution. Your work will drive value and differentiation, contributing to our mission of improving lives through better health and energy management.
**What You’ll Work On**
Product Strategy Development:
+ Develop new and existing and long-term technology strategies with device vendor partners to optimize GTM and technical relationships, marketing opportunities, and joint sales opportunities.
+ Coordinate joint strategies and plans to promote and communicate value to global market and specific customer communities.
+ Lead initiatives with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Services organizations to conceive, design and execute high impact joint vendor alliance partner collaborations.
+ Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering in conjunction with Alliance Subject Matter experts to implement joint technology collaboration and joint technical initiatives.
+ Design and negotiate collaborative agreements to formalize joint initiatives and to create appropriate governance.
+ Tracking and reporting Alliance results and metrics.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field master’s a plus
+ 6 or more years of experience in similar roles such as product management roles, preferably in software development or technology-driven organizations.
+ Proven track record of managing successful IT/software products from conception to launch and post-launch activities.
+ **Ability to travel up to 25%**
+ **In office** (at least 4 days a week) in Willis Tower or in Lake Forest, IL.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions
+ Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
+ Ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations to diverse audiences, including executives, customers, and technical teams.
+ Experience with creating product documentation, technical specifications with engineering team, release notes, and training materials.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
