We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage multiple programs. You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. A successful Program Manager must have a broad knowledge of program management principles. You must have the ability to think strategically and be able to guide and consult team members and business partners. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to our organization.
Your Responsibilities:Refine and increase adoption of program governance tools, templates, and meeting routines across programs to support on time delivery, within budget, and with expected scope.Refine and spearhead the tracking of benefit/value realization when programs complete.Provide technical and program management expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of both programs and projectsProvide both program and project management mentoring and expertise in planning, execution, and leadershipBe a leader; work with the various project managers and IT leaders to remove major impediments to accelerate inter-team velocityHelp uncover and coordinate strategic dependencies across teams, both by helping to facilitate PI Planning, and through coordination across executionPromote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of stakeholdersBe an extension of IT Business Partners in working across teams to manage resource impediments, budgets, or vendor managementWork with IT Business Partner to help document strategic roadmap at the Epic/Feature level, with emphasis on mapping dependencies across multiple Capability TeamsSupport forums for program or project escalation to leadership and actively encourage program leaders to ask for help when neededMay help identify process improvement opportunities across teams for large-scale delivery and orchestrationThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree.Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
