Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Utility Operator to join their team. As a Utility Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Utility Operator 1st and 3rd Shift

Location: Worcester, MA

Pay Range: $20/Hr, Monday to Friday 
1st Shift 7:00am to 3:30pm
3rd Shift 11:00pm to 7:00am

What's the Job?

Handle replenishment tasks to ensure production operators can focus on value-added tasks. Maintain stock levels of materials and packaging, alerting supervisors when reordering is necessary. Utilize various equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials efficiently. Manage inventory through automated systems and participate in weekly cycle counts. Assist in receiving and shipping processes, ensuring all materials are accounted for and in good condition.

What's Needed?

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. Strong understanding of production processes and workflow. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
