US Marketing Director, Radioligand Therapy (RLT)

Job Title: US Marketing Director, Radioligand Therapy (RLT)

Location: Cambridge, MA

About the Job

In line with Sanofi Oncology's commitment to transform cancer care, we are preparing to launch a radioligand therapy (RLT), an innovative SSTR-targeting alpha-emitter therapy for gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs).

This precision medicine approach delivers targeted radiation to tumor cells while minimizing damage to healthy tissue, addressing a significant unmet need in rare cancer treatment. This RLT exemplifies our dedication to providing best-in-class solutions that could significantly improve outcomes for patients with limited therapeutic options.

The US Marketing Director will lead launch planning efforts including management of the cross-functional launch workstreams and will collaborate strategically with the Oncology Franchise Launch Excellence (FLEX) lead to ensure market readiness and optimal positioning for this RLT introduction. Together, they will align on critical launch milestones and success metrics and leverage global launch excellence frameworks while adapting to US market needs.

The role demands significant market insights synthesis, strategic integration, and leadership in developing comprehensive launch plans and executive-level presentations. This position oversees a team of three key direct reports: the Brand Lead, Launch Lead, and Omnichannel Lead, who collectively drive the execution of strategic initiatives.

We are an innovative global healthcare company, committed to transforming the lives of people with immune challenges, rare diseases and blood disorders, cancers, and neurological disorders. From R&D to sales, our talented teams work together, revolutionizing treatment, continually improving products, understanding unmet needs, and connecting communities. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.

Main Responsibilities

Performance Framework: Establish measurable launch milestones and KPIs with robust monitoring systems to drive accountability and ensure complete launch readiness.

Executive Communication: Craft and deliver compelling launch performance reviews to executive management, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Financial Stewardship: Partner with the brand team to develop and manage launch budgets that optimize investment for maximum market impact.

Leadership Reporting: Deliver concise, insight-driven launch readiness assessments to senior management that highlight progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Market Intelligence: Develop deep expertise in the GEP-NET landscape to lead scenario planning for critical data readouts and competitive developments.

Forecast Integration: Support strategic forecasting by incorporating market insights and competitive intelligence into key assumptions.

Brand Continuity: Maintain alignment between launch plans and existing brand elements to ensure a cohesive patient and customer experience.

Insight-Driven Strategy: Ensure all launch activities are informed by robust customer insights from analytics, market research, KOL engagement, and field intelligence.

Organizational Development: Provide strategic recommendations on future organizational structure to optimize customer engagement and business outcomes.
