UiPath Senior Developer

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior UiPath Developer** with over 6+ years to 12 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, reliable automation solutions using UiPath while ensuring adherence to industry best practices. The role also includes mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and delivering high-quality documentation such as Solution Design Documents (SDD), test cases, deployment plans, and more. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator and be capable of leading a team of developers.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other components.
+ Collaborate with Business Analyst and Process Owners to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Solution Design Document (SDD), Test Cases, Deployment and Runbooks, and more.
+ Conduct **code reviews** to ensure adherence to UiPath and enterprise coding standards and **best practices** .
+ Guide, mentor, and support junior developers in the team.
+ Integrate automation workflows with external systems using APIs, databases, and third-party libraries.
+ Develop reusable components and libraries to accelerate development.
+ Participate in bot development end-to-end (requirements stage to deployment and support).
+ Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and defects.
+ Ensure proper exception handling, logging, transaction management, and retry mechanisms are implemented in all solutions.
+ Participate in peer reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
+ Ensure all bots adhere to organizational standards for **security, compliance, and scalability** .
+ Provide **L2/ L3 support** for deployed bots, including issue triaging, resolution, and coordination with infrastructure teams.
+ Monitor bot performance and orchestrator queues; handle failures and alerts proactively.
+ Perform regular health checks and ensure bots run as per defined schedules and SLAs.
+ Manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined turnaround times.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).
+ **6+ years** of hands-on experience in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robot).
+ **UiPath Certification** (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification) is required
+ Knowledge or Experience in Document understanding, UiPath Apps, UiPath Insights, UiPath Test suite.
+ Expertise in **REFramework** , Queue-based processing, and parallel workflows.
+ Strong experience in **code reviews, performance tuning, and mentoring** junior resources.
+ Excellent knowledge of **VB.NET/ C#** , Regex, Excel automation, PDF handling, and OCR.
+ Good understanding of API integrations, terminal automation, database queries (SQL), and JSON/ XML handling.
+ Familiarity with source control tools (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines.
+ Experience in documenting **SDDs, test cases, runbooks** , and **deployment plans** .
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication.
+ Experience in **RPA bot support** , including troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining production bots in a multi-bot environment.
**Nice to Have**
+ Knowledge of **AI Center** , **Document Understanding** , or **Action Center** .
+ Familiarity with **incident management tools** (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and automation monitoring dashboards.
