DHLis seeking an experienced Transport Clerk to play a vital role ensuring smooth-running of all transport scheduled activities.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nManage customer proof of deliveries for scanning/uploading and action missing proof of deliveries and return\nContact hauliers about delivery issues, raise incident reports and agree corrective actions\nArrange same-day deliveries as require\nDaily brief and de-brief of drivers\nTo suport the network to ensure the operation is complying as per Earned Recogntion, DHL Policies and Expert in Legal Compliance. \nMonitor and maintain Legal and DHL compliance for all operating centres across the Travis Perkins Contract

\n\nPrevious administrational roles \nAttention to detail and accuracy \nExcellent PC skills (Microsoft Office) - essential \nAble to communicate at all levels, internally and externally \nTachomaster knowledge (desirable ) \nAbility to follow operational, legal and H&S procedures \nKnowledge in Process, Dispatching outbound loads, final quality check on site if pallets on hold, correct trailer being taken
