This role will lead shaping and executing the brand's social media global strategy to build engagement, drive growth, and enhance brand presence across platforms. Oversees content creation and influencer strategy across all social channels in all regions . Owns content and influencer briefing, guidelines for influencer and consumer-generated content . Actively monitors social trends & conversations, identifying opportunities for engagement to advance strategic brand priorities. This role reports to CMO . Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. + Develop and lead the short & long-term social and influencer strategy specifically for TNF, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives. + Create and execute platform-specific content strategies that authentically connect TNF’s performance and lifestyle messaging with our consumers + Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators and platforms. + Create ambassador and influencer programs, identifying and vetting potential  + Lead a team responsible for content creation, community management, and campaign execution across social  + Own key performance metrics for all social content, creating advanced reporting frameworks to measure engagement, conversion, and revenue impact. + Work cross-functionally with product, retail, digital, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints + Develop platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels to maximize engagement + A sports and fitness culture enthusiast who understands both the technical and aspirational elements of athletic apparel and footwear. + A strategic thinker who can translate performance attributes into compelling social storytelling that resonates with existing and new TNF consumers. + A relationship builder who can identify, nurture, and manage authentic partnerships with athletes and influencers  + A data-driven marketer who uses insights to inform content strategy while maintaining a strong creative vision. + A collaborative leader who can inspire both internal teams and external partners to elevate TNF’s presence + A trend-spotter who stays ahead of emerging movements in sports culture, athletic apparel, and male consumer behavior. **What do you need to succeed?** We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 8+ years of experience and professional achievements.
