This position reports to

R&D Local Unit Lead

Your role and responsibilities

• Lead a small test team which is responsible for DCS products and system testing• Develop test strategy, test cases and method for new products, and develop automatic test tools • Develop test environment and set up the test platform for products and system• Design and review test cases/test descriptions from users’ perspective; execute test cases accordingly, document all test results and generate test reports within project time frame• Follow up PCP Quality Management System and use Azure DevOps as toolchain for testing purposes• Identify and report the problems and coordinate with developers to analyze the problems• Close cooperation with test teams and development teams in others R&D locations

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in automation, electrical engineering or similar 8+ year related experience in automation industry Experience with 800xA system/products is a strong plus Good automation products test knowledge, e.g., Product Type Test or System Test Good test automation tools usage/development skill Familiar with Azure DevOps and related toolchain Agile experience is preferred Must be a team player, high quality awareness Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English Self-motivated, target driven and innovative thinking are preferred
