Technology Program Manager
The Technology Program Manager will lead complex technology projects and process improvement initiatives, including implementing new technology, enhancing processes, managing change, and developing new procedures in ROHQ, while also supporting global initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in Lean/Kaizen facilitation, project management, change management, and process improvement tools.
This role requires leading complex initiatives that involve cross-functional and global collaboration, defining scope and requirements, and creating detailed project schedules from initiation to closure. The position demands strong meeting facilitation, team building, and change management skills to effectively influence and guide cross-functional teams.Ensure projects are organized with clearly defined scope, schedule, requirements, risks, and dependencies. Proactively address risks, dependencies, and conflicts.Identify areas for process improvement within the technology teams and maintain the technology process improvement portfolio.Use Lean/Kaizen approaches and process improvement tools to drive performance improvements in cost, quality, and time for various technology team processes.Plan and facilitate Kaizen events as appropriate.Acquire resources, whether internal or third-party, that best meet the needs of the project.Ensure project team members are engaged, informed, and motivated.Develop high-quality solutions with input from stakeholders. Create robust communication and celebration plans for implementation.Facilitate post-project reviews to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement. Create a feedback loop to incorporate lessons learned into future projects.Flex work hours to facilitate and attend meetings with the team and stakeholders in the US and other regions.Provide updates to executive and regional stakeholders.Maintain excellent relationships with different technology teams, including the Centers of Excellence, and leverage those relationships to bring needed focus and resources into the region.Lead requirements gathering for regional and global projects.Manage stakeholders, ensuring they are aligned with the project to avoid surprises.Drive project plans, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate any risks to schedules to ensure project milestones are met.Share cultural differences as they relate to potential changes and risks in different projects and languages.
