The Technology Logistics Associate plays a key role in supporting the efficient movement, tracking, and deployment of technology equipment assets for WAH agents. This role bridges the gap between IT operations and logistics, ensuring timely deliver and returns of assets with internal procedures.

Responsibilities :

Handles daily chat support, managing at least 15 chats per day, and addresses escalations while prioritizing requests through emails, text messages, and phone calls for recovery and shipments. Provides ongoing support for Reverse and NA Logistics, and contributes to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and metrics for Quality and Incident updates. Coordinate with WAH agents for shipment and retrieval of equipment Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement teams to reorder equipment when needed. Support IT teams with equipment status updates. Maintain accurate records of equipment returns and asset tracking.

Strong communication, written and problem-solving skills, proficiency in computer systems, Office 365 and typing, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, empathy, active listening, and professionalism. Prior customer service experience is a plus.
