As a Techno-Economic Research Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Nokia's regulation and standards focus and ensuring its leadership in the industry. You will conduct in-depth techno-economic analysis of emerging technologies, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations. You will identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, developing strategies for capturing value from new technologies and associated standards, including new product and service offerings, business model innovations, and strategic partnerships.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new and innovative opportunities aligned with Nokia's overall strategic objectives. You will also develop, and lead executive-oriented business strategy workshops focused on the business value of emerging technologies and leading patent portfolio. You will also implement educational techniques to scale techno-economic capabilities across the organization and affect cultural change and related transformations.

You have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on techno-economic analysis of emerging technologies.Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives related to cutting-edge telecom technologies.Broad understanding of telecommunications technologies, combined with deep business modelling and techno-economic analysis skills to assess the implications of new technologies for telecom and connectivity overall.Experience in developing and delivering technology-oriented educational and upskilling training programs that advance an organizational knowledge and capabilities.Experience in consulting with communication service providers on the business impact of emerging technologies.Experience in developing and delivering executive-oriented strategy workshops that translate complex technology insights into actionable business strategies.Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and key stakeholders across technical and business domains.Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Technical skills to understand new and existing technologies and their implications for telecom and connectivity overall
