Key Responsibilities:Mentor and coach team members, embodying and enforcing AstraZeneca's values and behaviorsDefine and manage the scope of testing for each release or delivery, ensuring thorough coverage and risk mitigationDevelop and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with AstraZeneca's goals and industry best practicesDeploy and manage resources effectively for testing activitiesDesign and apply appropriate test metrics to drive performance and quality improvements in products and testing processesProvide clear, insightful reporting on testing progress, outcomes, and key insights to stakeholdersPlan, deploy, and manage testing efforts for various engagements across the organizationProactively identify and resolve complex testing challenges, driving innovative solutionsUtilize X-Ray expertise to enhance testing processes and outcomesConduct SQL-based testing and API testing to ensure robust software performanceEnsure compliance with GxP standards and other relevant regulatory requirementsImplement and oversee basic automation initiatives to enhance testing efficiencyRequired Qualifications:10+ years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record in test management rolesStrong people skills, communication abilities, and soft skills essential for effective collaborationExtensive experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and mindsetsProficiency in developing test strategies, plans, and metricsExpertise in X-Ray and other testing toolsSolid understanding of SQL fundamentals and API testing principlesKnowledge of GxP requirements and their application in the pharmaceutical industryExperience with basic test automation implementationExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challengesDesirable Skills:Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare technology sectorAdvanced knowledge of test automation frameworks and toolsFamiliarity with cloud testing environmentsUnderstanding of machine learning and AI testing principles
