Provide Leadership and Develop Capability through Mentoring/Training & Coaching. Maintain time and production records. • Ensure that the technical team deliver a service level required to maximise overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) Availability/ Performance & Yield. • Application of structured problem solving to address issues and improve Quality or Output of areas under their responsibility. • Communicate effectively to Senior Leadership on Root Cause, Corrective and Preventative Actions. • Lead on maintenance and/or process/equipment issues across multiple process areas. • Conduct Performance Excellence Assessments and Development plans to foster ongoing improvement. • Ensuring conformance with all relevant Policies and Procedures. Contributing to the creation of Work Instructions and Operations Procedures to maintain compliance. • Fault find and repair complex manufacturing equipment to component level. **Qualifications & Experience:** • NFQ level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline. • 4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. • 3+ years developing a team. • A strong multi tasker. • An excellent communicator.
