Danfoss is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our customers via telephone and email. This role involves working under supervision and approval, utilizing Danfoss systems, and adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
Actively participate in technical support call center and utilize Salesforce for customerinteraction Provide best in class technical support for Danfoss Cooling Product Line Conduct internal and external presentations to increase knowledge of products andapplications. Includes in-person and remote training courses and web videos Develop and maintain technical tools to support customers (documents, videos, etc) Continue to build competencies by attending trainings, conducting research, and remainingmotivated to become a product and application expert Periodic site and customer visits to support customer applications as well as the internal salesteam technically Become proficient in troubleshooting complex refrigeration and AC systems Background & Skills

Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical, preferrable) Strong coordination and communication skills, English/Spanish Ability to balance high demands inherent with multiple customers while managing projects and technical discussions Strong initiative and ability to lead/drive process improvements Potential, periodic after-hours emergency phone support (via phone) Strong interest in learning HVAC/Refrigeration.
