**Summary:**
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Engineering teams, focused on building and scaling Enterprise applications for Meta's global workforce. This is a constantly evolving space, so the TPM needs to be flexible and pivot based on the problems we are trying to solve. The role needs to have technical knowledge that enables them to influence and drive cross-team programs and roadmaps. TPMs work horizontally to create long-term value for Meta by promoting the right technologies for productivity, stability, and growth.
**Required Skills:**
Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Engineering Responsibilities:
1. Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas (internal products supporting People Services, Data Insights, Help platform etc)
2. Help define roadmap and long term strategy of the teams you are working with
3. Develop and manage end-to-end plans for multi year programs and ensure on-time delivery
4. Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
5. Perform risk management and change management on projects
6. Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions
7. Interface with Engineering and business owners to define project requirements and scope
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
9. 7+ years experience of software engineering, systems engineering.
10. Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
11. Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
12. Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
13. Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
14. Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience.
15. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
16. Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

**Public Compensation:**
$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
