**Job Description:**
LATAM MedTech Commercial is recruiting for a Technical Product Manager in São Paulo.
We are seeking a candidate to join our team and help us deliver innovative data-driven solutions for Medtech Commercial in Latin America. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, with business leaders, the implementation of Data Product roadmaps aligned to regional business objectives and key results. Coordinating all aspects of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch to iteration, and ensuring that the data products meet quality and compliance standards.
The Technical Product Manager will work closely with business partners, global product managers, engineers, analysts, and designers to understand the needs and challenges of the MedTech Commercial and translate them into user-centric and data-driven features that tackle business problems or create new opportunities.
To excel in the position, it is important to have a hands-on mentality and a solid background in data and analytics, product management, and commercial operations. In addition, good communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, as well as a passion for solving intricate problems with data, are essential. Having a keen eye for detail and a user-centric approach cannot be compromised. You should be able to handle ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty, as well as adapt to changing requirements and feedback.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Act as Regional Technical Product Manager to build, with business leaders, a roadmap of Global Data products for Commercial Medtech in the LATAM Region.
+ Design Data Lifecycles, User Journeys, Data Models, and Data Flows in collaboration with business and technical experts.
+ Co-own Data products backlog with the Business Product Manager, defining and prioritizing product requirements and user stories.
+ Work with product development squads and IT operations to remove impediments and continually improve the total user experience.
+ Coordinate product features testing, launch, and post-launch activities.
+ Engage in product planning ceremonies to align interdependency and mitigate risks between Data Analytics products and platform release plans.
+ Conduct product usage research and user feedback to identify customer needs and problems, and co-develop, with product business owners, strategies to increase product adoption and value.
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
**Education**
+ A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields. Master's or MBA preferred.
**Experience and Skills**
+ A minimum 5 years of relevant experience in information technology function or industry in large corporations, a minimum of 3 years relevant data and analytics experience.
+ Proven ability in digital product management, preferably in the data and analytics domain.
+ Solid grasp of data analysis, data modeling, visualization, and business intelligence tools. Including ETL and Data Ecosystem (e.g. Microsoft Azure) functionalities.
+ Ability to conduct data exploration and manipulation to support business analysis and problem solving
+ Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, MVPs) and frameworks (SAFE).
+ Superb interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain data concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists.
+ Ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
+ A growth mindset and a passion for learning new things.
**Preferred:**
+ Understanding of data governance, data quality, data security, and data privacy standard methodologies.
+ Good knowledge of Advanced Analytics techniques and their practical application to business challenges.
+ Good knowledge of the Healthcare industry and commercial operations.
+ Good knowledge of User Experience design
**Other:**
+ Advanced Business English oral and written skills is required
+ Intermediate Spanish oral is a plus.
