**Job Summary** The Technical Lead role involves overseeing the implementation and management of macOS systems using JAMF Casper Management Software. The candidate will work from the office in a rotational shift ensuring seamless operations and system integrity. This position requires a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in relevant technical skills with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the deployment and configuration of macOS systems to ensure optimal performance and security. + Oversee the use of JAMF Casper Management Software to manage and maintain system updates and patches. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for macOS-related issues to ensure minimal downtime. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate macOS systems with existing IT infrastructure. + Develop and implement strategies for efficient system management and resource allocation. + Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards. + Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and management processes. + Train and mentor junior staff on macOS system management and JAMF Casper software usage. + Ensure data integrity and security across all managed systems. + Analyze system logs and reports to identify and resolve potential issues proactively. + Coordinate with vendors and external partners for system upgrades and support. + Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align on project goals. + Innovate solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
