**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Brightspot CMS and domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of Brightspot Content management solutions to meet business requirements. + Oversee the development and deployment of Brightspot content management systems ensuring high performance and scalability. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables. + Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development and Brightspot Content management . + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and integrity. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in content management and related technologies. + Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user guides. + Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates. + Implement security measures to protect content and ensure compliance with industry regulations. + Optimize content management processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and performance of content management solutions. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in content management with hands-on experience in implementing and managing content management systems. + Demonstrate expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech domains understanding industry-specific challenges and requirements. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. + Show proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to content management. + Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. + Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with emerging technologies and best practices. + Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field. + Preferred certifications in content management systems or related technologies.
