**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Moogsoft / Moogsoft Tools Admin and a strong background in the Provider domain. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact on our companys success.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the design and implementation of Moogsoft solutions to enhance our monitoring capabilities.
+ Oversee the integration of Moogsoft with existing systems and ensure seamless operation.
+ Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Moogsoft-related projects.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
+ Ensure the reliability and performance of Moogsoft implementations through regular monitoring and maintenance.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for Moogsoft configurations and processes.
+ Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and usage of Moogsoft.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Moogsoft in a timely manner.
+ Stay updated with the latest developments in Moogsoft and incorporate best practices into our processes.
+ Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
+ Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Moogsoft implementations.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of our monitoring and alerting processes.
**Qualifications**
+ Possess a strong understanding of Moogsoft and its applications in monitoring and alerting.
+ Have a solid background in the Provider domain with experience in implementing solutions for this sector.
+ Experience in the Payer domain is a plus providing additional insights into healthcare-related projects.
+ Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
+ Exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
+ Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
+ Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.
+ Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

**Certifications Required**
Certified Moogsoft Administrator or equivalent certification in Moogsoft technologies.
