What you will do in this role

As a Technical Consultant, you will:

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using APEX and JavaSupport Sales and Service Cloud implementations in CRM projectsDevelop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs to extend platform functionalityCollaborate with business and tech stakeholders to formalize user needsAct as a technical consultant and SaaS solution administratorContribute to functional validation and testing effortsSupport the full project lifecycle from discovery to delivery

Advanced experience in APEX, Java, and API developmentSalesforce certification (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant)Experience with CRM implementation and digital project deliveryUnderstanding of SaaS environments and system administrationFamiliarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile or SAFe methodologies
