Tech Lead – React Native & Web

What You’ll Be Doing:Leading the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge applications across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.Managing and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.Providing technical leadership in pre-sales, consulting engagements, and architectural planning.Driving best practices in React Native, React, TypeScript, Redux, functional programming, and front-end performance optimization.Defining and maintaining cloud architectures (AWS/Azure) and DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines.Supporting customers in a professional services environment, ensuring seamless project execution.Reviewing and enhancing code quality, test plans, architectural designs, and tech roadmaps.What We’re Looking For:Expertise in React Native, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript for large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of mobile app development, including deployment and submission processes for iOS and Android.Proven experience in functional programming, high-order components, and scalable frontend architectures.Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).A passion for mentoring engineers and driving technical decision-making.A problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and the ability to balance technical excellence with business needs.
