Job Summary
\nThe RTR Supervisor is a critical leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the Record to Report function. This position ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of financial reporting processes while driving team performance and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The RTR Supervisor acts as a strategic partner to stakeholders and plays a pivotal role in achieving APSSC goals through exceptional leadership and operational excellence.

\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nA professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.\nA minimum of 3 years of experience in RTR or a related finance role, including 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.\n\n\nKey Skills
