**Responsibilities**
+ Lead a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliverables.
+ Oversee the daily operations and ensure the team meets deadlines and quality standards.
+ Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
+ Utilize MS Excel to analyze data create reports and provide insights for decision-making.
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company objectives.
+ Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
+ Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
+ Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
+ Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
+ Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
**Qualifications**
+ Must have strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
+ Experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is highly desirable.
+ Should have excellent leadership and team management skills.
+ Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Should have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Should have a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
+ Must be detail-oriented and organized.
+ Should have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Must be adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines.
+ Should have a strong understanding of project management principles.
