Our client, a dynamic leader in the industry, is seeking a Team Lead for the 2nd shift to join their team. As a Team Lead, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting your fellow associates. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Team Lead 2nd Shift

Location: Phillipsburg, NJ

Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

Lead the second shift team by assigning daily tasks to associates. Manage the production line and ensure efficient workflow. Handle data entry and maintain accurate records. Escalate issues as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Relay important information and document time-off requests.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members. Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping. Willingness to work the second shift from 12 PM to 9 PM.
