The Team Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the effective functioning of the Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities (SILC) team. This role serves as a key point of contact, coordinating activities, managing communications, and supporting team initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for team events and activities
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Process expense reports and manage travel arrangements for team members
Maintain organized filing systems for team documentation, both digital and physical
Handle confidential information with appropriate discretion and security
Communication & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate information flow between departments
Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other business documents
Support internal communications initiatives and help disseminate important updates
Project Support
Assist with project coordination, tracking deliverables and timelines
Prepare status reports and compile data for team performance metrics
Support the organization of team events, workshops, and training sessions
Help monitor project budgets and resource allocation
Team Operations
Maintain team tools and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible
Support onboarding of new team members and coordinate training requirements
Assist with procurement processes and vendor management
identify opportunities to improve team processes and implement efficiency measures
About You
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of administrative or coordination experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated with Global team travel, calendar management and expense management
Demonstrated experience in senior leader meeting and off-site coordination and planning, including planning meetings in global and US locations

The salary range for this position is:
$35.56 - $47.41All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
