In this role, your focus is on working with all Implementation Centers, Data Conversion Services, Financial Service Centers, and clients to ensure timely, efficient reconciliation and entry of quarterly and annual tax deposit information. Full Level Tax (FLT) Specialists develop and maintain effective ADP/Client communications and utilize ADP Full Level Tax (FLT) Smart Standards processes and tools to ensure client satisfaction and use of ADP Tax Filing Services. FLT Specialists ensure all Mid-Quarter Conversion / Mid-Year Conversion processes are completed timely and accurately, and effectively manage assigned client relationships with all internal and external business partners to enhance the overall client experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. You will take the initiative to seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP. You'll also proactively initiate regular outbound communication to identify problems and offer solutions to improve the transition to ADP Comprehensive Services. You will analyze balances and reconcile client tax deposit and filing information with employee balance information and resolve any out of balance conditions by working with the client, Financial Services Center Associates, and assigned Implementation Center Associates.
Educate and Provide Recommendations. You will leverage your wage and tax knowledge to solve issues and questions that help clients understand our products' value. You will take client input and turn it into recommendations for your leaders on best practices and solutions training. You will provide the client with a Quarterly Wage and Tax Register to ensure client information is recorded properly for W2 purposes while utilizing current processes, tools, and systems to enter and submit current and prior quarter tax liability and tax deposit information. Additionally, you will proactively communicate any balance issues, develop resolution plans, and notify the client of any advice of debit as applicable.
Flex and Adapt. You thrive in a structured environment that requires setting priorities, organizing your day, multi-task, changing direction, and providing prompt follow-up. Adaptability, empathy, self-motivation, and organization skills are must-haves in this job. You will need to balance your workload to handle multiple inquiries while focusing on what is important and staying up-to-date on ADP and external policy changes.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of client and/or service-oriented processing capacity experience
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
• Experience noted above, OR
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications
• Payroll Certifications including Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal payroll tax regulations.
• Proven proficiencies in payroll, tax deposit and tax reporting preferred.
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal payroll tax regulations.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to foster buy-in, advocate change, and inspire others to embrace transformation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and effectively utilize resources
• Ability to work well under strict time constraints, prioritizes client issues, adapts quickly to changing needs, and is flexible when priorities shift.
• Ability to work independently and handle high volume of requests.
• Critical thinking and creative problem solving.
• Aptitude for detail, possesses effective troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Math/Accounting Principles proficiency preferred
• Knowledge of PC, Windows, Internet, word processing, and spreadsheets required.
• Knowledge of ADP Payroll Systems preferred
