Description

As a member of our Operations team, you will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to support one of the core business units of EY's Global Delivery Services Argentina. We are a multidisciplinary team that supports multiple workstreams, enabling the Tax team to perform its tasks efficiently, removing constraints and channeling administrative workloads.

We are looking for a diligent creative thinker, who loves digging into business problems and figuring how to solve them by leveraging data analysis tools.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join the Operations team, to assist with our project pipeline, to work closely with local Tax leaders, and to co-author new data solutions as we strive towards a new approach to our reporting practice.

 

Your key roles/responsibilities

Data Analytics/Reporting - You will be responsible for:
 

Running/maintaining (and upscaling) current reports/dashboards Designing, developing, testing, deploying and documenting new Power BI Dashboards. Generating insights for consumption by leadership & the Tax team Analysis & interpretation of datasets for the different user segments

 

What we need from you

Skills/attributes (Required):

Creative mindset & teaming Proactivity/Curiosity/Problem solving skills Advanced Excel formulas and functions. ETL & Data modeling hands-on experience Experience with DAX formulas for data analysis Power Query / Power Pivot / Power BI hands on experience Maintains good levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

 

Skills/attributes (Nice to have but not mandatory):

ETL: Alteryx Automation:  Power Automate / UI-Path Other: SharePoint / Power Apps DB: SQL Documentation skills Holding any badges/certifications in the following is a plus: Data Visualization/Data integration/Data Analysis
