We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent and Inclusion Center of Expertise (COE), which collaborates with the other teams in our People function to provide strategy, design, and subject matter expertise to the organization on talent management, development, learning, leadership, diversity and inclusion, social impact, performance and colleague experience drivers, ensuring alignment between people and business strategies. The COE implements programs that are simple and user-focused in a fast-moving environment.
As the Talent Partner for Business and Client Services (BCS), you will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver talent advisory and solutions that align with business needs, leveraging enterprise talent frameworks and learning solutions.
We will count on you to:
Serve as a trusted partner to key stakeholders by translating business strategies into impactful talent and learning plans that align with the Marsh McLennan Colleague Value Proposition.
Design and implement comprehensive frameworks, tools, and processes to identify and nurture top talent and growth potential within the organization.
Collaborate closely with Business leaders, People Partners, and Executive leadership to provide strategic guidance on talent management, succession planning, and learning interventions that enhance development and address potential risks.
Facilitate large-scale talent and learning initiatives that align with the strategic objectives set by executive leadership, ensuring they meet organizational needs effectively.
Lead talent review and succession planning sessions for senior leaders to identify skill gaps and recommend tailored talent solutions for future leadership requirements.
Leverage workforce analytics to evaluate talent trends and assess program effectiveness, delivering insights and recommendations to leadership to support informed strategic decision-making.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in talent strategy, management, and practices, including Talent & Succession Planning and Performance Development frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence with senior stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of learning and development approaches and HR technology/support tools.
Experience operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed global work environment.
Proficiency in English
