**About the Job:**   The Talent Capability Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the development and upskilling of Sanofi's Talent team. This role ensures the delivery of relevant learning resources and training programs, collaborates with the Centre of Excellence (COE), with the L&D team and is aligned with the TA and TM Strategies. The Talent Capability Coordinator is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the Talent function. As a Talent Capability Coordinator at Sanofi, you will support the implementation and coordination of talent initiatives. With 1-3 years of experience, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of learning programs and maintaining talent knowledge. **Main Responsibilities:** + Assist in the preparation and distribution of knowledge materials + Maintain records of training activities and participant data + Support the administration of learning interventions + Collect and compile feedback on training programs. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the impact and relevance of training programs. + Assist in the creation of reports on talent learning solutions metrics + Provide administrative support to the Talent Capability team + Ensure that internal talent learning resources and training materials are effectively distributed and delivered across the Talent team. + Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, managing registrations, and communicating with participants. + Source, adapt, and oversee the delivery of relevant upskilling programs, such as interviewing techniques, TA and TM best practices, assessment frameworks, and other skills-based modules, to address identified skills gaps within the Talent team. + undefined + Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer learning within the Talent team, encouraging collaboration and the exchange of best practices. + Contribute to the maintenance and updating of talent management tools and systems **About You:** + You have 1-3 years of experience in HR, learning and development, or a related field + You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field + You have strong organizational and time management skills + You're proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint + You have excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask + You're a team player with strong communication skills + You have basic knowledge of learning management systems + Project Coordination & Support + Data Analysis & Reporting + Stakeholder Collaboration + Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement **Why Choose Us?**   At Sanofi, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth.
