What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in our recruiting processes. You will support designated Talent Acquisition Team members in a variety of tasks related to full-life cycle recruiting as well as senior TA Operations team members in a variety of excellence projects. TA Operations responsibilities will include admin support with role opening and closing as well as scheduling and coordinating logistics for candidate interviews and debrief meetings with both internal and external individuals and being the first point of contact for candidates’ questions related to interview logistics and/or the organization. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to take ownership for junior recruitment hires and participate in Talent Acquisition excellence projects.


YOU’RE GOOD AT

Managing and executing various operational recruiting tasks including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, logistics for recruitment kick-offs and debriefs, etcEnsuring the accuracy of candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Providing support with job posting and management through the ATSSupporting Regional Talent Acquisition Team in strategic and operational initiatives / projectsMaintaining positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders such as interviewers and candidates across all levels and regions

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Human Resource Management or related programs0-2+ years of professional experienceExceptional follow through and attention to detailIntellectual curiosity, work ethic, problem solving and critical thinkingExperience in driving processes with the ability to organize and prioritize work effectivelyExperience working in a global environment or matrixed organization a plusComputer proficiency: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointPrevious experience in Human Resources or Talent Aquisition departments in multinational companies is a plus
