Systems Integration (SIN) contains the integration and customization of Nokia solutions and 3rd party platforms to meet customer requirements. Contains processing of use case and feature requirements into conceptual models, operational scenarios, technical requirements, and functional description. Covers customer specific solution and software design, development, implementation, unit testing and verification of hardware, platform, software, and systems including maintenance support.
Provide expert consultation services for NSP deployments in bare metal and virtual/cloud environmentsCapture customer and project requirements to create Network Management/OSS high level/low level design documentsAuthor customized deployment design documents, migration, and operational documentation as required for the projectCreate method of procedures (MoP) and detailed design-build documentation (LLD), implementation, operational, and acceptance test documentation (ATP).Deliver product upgrades, migrations, and installations (remotely/onsite).Adhere to and contribute to the team’s best practices and continual improvement initiatives.Working closely with PLM and Support teams to manage solution issues and product evolution.Set customer expectations before and during project implementations.Work with Technical Designers, NPI engineers, Integration engineers, and other project team members.Validation of configuration or migration strategy by staging and demonstrating the procedure in labs and/or customer siteDetermine acceptance test strategy based on project requirements and features, produce Test cases and overall Test planTroubleshoot and problem-solve project issues, working closely with the customer and engineering teams to resolve issuesDevelop and keep up to date NSP design and consultation workshop material and document templatesProvide consultation workshops to Customers to enhance the understanding and experience from the productWork closely with the extended global team and with Product Line Management to enhance professional services delivery and customer experienceProvide support to global services tendering teams on evaluating professional services requestsThe work can frequently be at customer premises for short duration of time (1 week typical), travel is a requirement for this position
