The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.

There’s never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Will be working as a windows server system administrator.

Supporting NA customer 24/7 ( 2 day off will be based on roster ).

Should work as per roster.

All change and maintenance activities will be scheduled over weekend , so should be available on Saturday and Sunday.

Should be able to resolve / troubleshoot issues individually.

Communicate with customer with quality RCA and impact analysis.

Should be responsible to work , time sensitive and responsive.

Should be good team player.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Overall 7+ years experience.

Microsoft Windows Servers Administration(L2/L3) and Strong troubleshooting skills· 

Experience in SSL renewals and IIS, Disk Management and Array creation.

Experience in troubleshooting Hardware, operating system with clear articulation

Expertise in Dump analysis, Perfmon, Netmon and resource management.

Good knowledge on Windows High Availability i.e Failover Clusters & NLB.

Able to setup and troubleshoot failover Cluster and windows NLB.

Skill in PowerShell scripting and experience in automation tools like Ansible.

Windows Patch management & Vulnerability remediation Management·

Good Hands-on experience with VMware and Hyper-V Technologies·

Hands-on experience in Zerto technology for DR and replication.

Experience in customer facing role with Escalation handling skill and communication.

24x7 support of environment including North America support timings.
Good knowledge in ITIL processes.

Plan and schedule changes, coordinating with stakeholders. ·

Perform RCA with quality documentation and engagement in security processes.

Work with various application teams to carry on DR tests and Resiliency tests for the environment.


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
