The Opportunity

As a Supply Planner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers through to production and customers. You'll manage stock levels, monitor supply timing, and work closely with key internal stakeholders to meet business needs and enhance service delivery.

This role is also key in identifying process improvements across the supply chain—driving proactive planning, inventory optimisation, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Manage supply and demand forecasts to meet operational targetsCreate and process purchase orders and order receiptsCollaborate with procurement on tenders and vendor managementReconcile invoices with purchase documentationWork closely with commercial teams on inventory updates and stock availabilityOversee inventory to ensure stock levels align with demandIdentify and mitigate risks in the supply processMaintain accurate records and adhere to quality and compliance standards

What You'll Bring

Tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant experienceStrong experience in manufacturing, supply chain or logisticsAdvanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, and planning softwareExcellent organisational, analytical and communication skillsProven ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing prioritiesCustomer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilityHigh attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team
