This Supply Chain intern position will leverage data and analytics to drive both efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain. This position will provide support for production planning, purchasing, and inventory control to increase continuity and ultimately improve the supply chain. This intern will work closely with other members of the Supply Chain Management team and build cross-functional relationships with Operations, Engineering and Quality Teams.
Job Responsibilities Support production planning, purchasing, and inventory control in the Mountain Home plant. Review all Supply Chain standard operating procedures and work instructions and bring up to date with current supply chain processes. Review and analyze gathered data to locate opportunity areas in the supply chain process. Measure current supply chain performance and metrics Deliver final presentation of key accomplishments and learnings over the internship Background & Skills Current university student Desired majors: Business Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or other data visualization software a Must be a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership over their work and responsibilities Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Detail oriented with strong analytic and problem-solving abilities Employee BenefitsWe are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:
