Monitors driver pre- and post-trip inspections and addresses equipment issues promptlyPerforms driver road checks and observes drivers for work readinessConducts IPP safety contacts and corrects safety violations on the sceneDispatches and drives routes as needed to support operationsAssists management with driver interviews and onboardingMonitors on-time performance and implements corrective action when neededManages driver discipline and supports retention initiativesWorks with Kronos and other systems to manage timekeeping and schedulingField Supervisor Experience and Skills Required:
High school diploma or equivalent3–5 years of supervisory or transportation operations experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google DocsExperience dealing with collision and injury claims a plusPrior school bus driver experience preferredExperience with payroll, financial planning, and Kronos is a plusMust be self-managed and comfortable working split shiftsSubject to DOT drug testing and physical.
