To learn more about Convatec, please visit http://www.convatecgroup.com We are guided by our five core values, that shape the way we work, every day: Improve Care, Deliver Results, Grow Together, Own It and Do What’s Right. **Position Overview:** Maintain and ensure that production is in accordance with planned quantities and product types. **Key Responsabilities:** • Coordinate the vacation planning of the operative staff together with the supervisors. • Coordinate the number of required and missing personnel through the file Current People. • Ensure in conjunction with the production supervisor that all operating personnel are trained and certified in the area of work according to production requirements. • Plan the holidays in time and form of production supervisors. • Conduct tours once a week in the areas along with the production supervisor to make improvements. • Treat and respond to conflict management with the union. • Make improvements to the control and reduction of scrap. • Monitoring, data analysis and reaction in situations where efficiency goals and indirect hours are not met. • Know and follow up on production plans and react immediately according to priorities. • Assurance of the accomplishment of maintenance according to goals • Follow Effectiveness, Scrap and Time lost on teams. • Ensure the quality of the products by following and improving the existing quality system and keeping the technical equipment in good condition. • Ensure that all the people in production have the necessary information to carry out their work. • Ensure that preventive maintenance is done according to plans. • Contribute to the rotation as low as possible - follow the goals set by the company. • Promote and support the development of skills of production supervisors. • Promote and support teamwork throughout the plant. • Communicate Production results to all plant personnel. • Follow up, development, and compliance according to the Quality Management System based on the regulations and standards of ISO 13485, FDA, CGMP. • Comply with the Quality Policy of the company. **Requirements:** • Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related careers. • Minimum 2 years of experience on manufacturing plans, leading teams within the production area. • Experience on management of efficiencies and scrap. • Desirable: Experience working with cleanroom regulations. • Basic english proficiency required. \#LI-SR1 \#LI-Onsite **Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent Convatec** A formal recruitment process is required for all our opportunities prior to any offer of employment.
