What you will do:

Responsible for managing the performance of Invoice BillingEngage and supervise the Invoice Billing team under their scopeLead Tier 1 of Daily Huddle and escalate any major issues to Tier 2.Assist in developing training materials for a newly created teamPlay a key role in the work migration activities from other Stryker locations, including knowledge transfer and documentation activitiesPartner with customer facing teams, building strong relationships with both internal and external customersCoordinate with other Invoice to Cash team leads to ensure strong working relationships and well defined handoffs between teamsAct as a key point of contact within the invoicing process, including communication with external customers on ensuring account balance accuracyContribute to accurate customer master data elementsEngage with internal/external customers and team to perform root cause analysis on areas causing issues in the Invoice Billing processProvide regular updates to SSC management of KPI’s, analysis and trendsWork with Internal and external audit teams to review and enforce policiesPerforms other related work as assigned by management

What you need:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related areas is preferred.Fluent spoken and written English; other language is a plusIntermediate to advanced skills on the MS Office SuiteOracle and SAP systems knowledge is a big plus6-8 years of relevant working experience in a finance function in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational Company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems.  Have working knowledge of collections related laws.2-3 years of experience leading teams

Travel Percentage: 10%
