Principal Accountabilities:

Perform minor maintenance/repairs that require the ability to safely use a variety of tools and equipmentGeneral labor duties including painting, general clean-up, manual labor, and yard work.Minor administrative functionsAssist with building maintenance and equipment requestsGeneral Clean up and HousekeepingUnderstanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.Cargill requires that employees be a minimum of 18 years old.Registered in a recognized Canadian Post Secondary institute for Fall 2025Capable of lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly and performing physically demanding work as well as to to stand for long periods of time.Ability to work effectively under pressure, being responsible, resourceful, work independently as well as in a team environment.Ability to work outdoors, at height, and in all environments;Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skillsAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulationsAbility to read, write, and professionally communicate with public and co-workers.
