**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Subject Matter Expert in Order to Cash (O2C) with 4 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategies and domain expertise in Order Management and Accounts Receivable. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our O2C processes and ensuring seamless operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the implementation and optimization of O2C processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
+ Oversee the management of order processing and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
+ Provide expertise in pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order management and accounts receivable processes.
+ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all O2C activities.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for O2C processes and procedures.
+ Train and mentor team members on best practices and new processes.
+ Resolve complex issues related to order management and accounts receivable.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
+ Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
+ Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance O2C operations.
+ Contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
**Qualifications**
+ Must have a strong background in pricing strategies with proven experience in implementing and optimizing pricing models.
+ Must have domain expertise in Order to Cash including Order Management and Accounts Receivable.
+ Should have excellent analytical skills to monitor and improve O2C processes.
+ Should possess strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
+ Should have experience in training and mentoring team members.
+ Nice to have experience with data analytics tools and technologies.
+ Nice to have knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
+ Must be willing to work night shifts and from the office.
+ Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
+ Must be able to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for O2C processes.
+ Should have a customer-centric mindset to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
+ Must be adaptable to new technologies and systems to support O2C operations.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Order to Cash Professional (COCP) Certified Pricing Professional (CPP)
