You will be a part of the Technology Management and Innovation team, where we drive and support innovation activities across our multiple businesses. We run small and large innovation events across the company, involving promotion, engagement, and intensive communication. In 2025, we will be running several larger events that will require both AI tools and innovative solutions. What is in it for you? The working hours will be planned according to your studies and will be 10-15 hours per week. You will primarily be working from our headquarters in Nordborg combined with home working. **Job Responsibilities** Your responsibilities will depend on your competences and the projects we are working on. We are looking for someone who can help us withone or both of these two main areas: A) Support to help develop AI tools for innovation and help train our employees in how to do this. Example tasks could be: - Building and developing agents using Copilot Studio for various innovation tasks. - Capturing and codifying simple “how-to guides” to help employees use AI in their activities (related to innovation) - Extracting and collecting data from PowerBI and other databases. - Exploring emerging AI tools that we have access to and experimenting with them to see how to apply them to innovation & technology challenges and help business extract value from them. B) Act as support to our running innovation projects & events in the department. Example support to running projects are: - Creating and helping develop PowerPoint presentations for workshops and events. - Conducting data analytics to support innovation projects. - Helping design images, graphics, and other branding material to support events. - Setting up, executing, and analyzing surveys. - Supporting and helping develop our community of colleagues interested in innovation. **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate preferably possesses skills in some / all these areas: - Using AI tools / experience with developing solutions with AI tools / prompts etc (eg Proficiency in AI agents with tools like Copilot and Copilot Studio.) - Good data skills eg PowerBI, Excel, - Good communication skills (in English). - Familiarity with design tools / creating good communication documents & visuals eg in powerpoint - Reliable and independent way of working. - High motivation to meet deadlines, manage your own work, and contribute to team success. Learning and Development Opportunities: You will be part of a team of four colleagues, with weekly meetings and feedback on individual tasks. At any given point, we are working on 3-4 projects supporting innovation activities within Danfoss, often involving facilitation either online or face-to-face.
