Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine We are searching for the best talent for **Strategy, Analytics, and Transformation Co-Op** to be in **Guaynabo, PR.** + The typical Co-op term is from July to December, 2025 + Full time requirement (40 hours per week) **Purpose:** We are excited to offer a Co-Op opportunity for a college student to join our Strategy, Analytics, and Transformation (StAT) team in Puerto Rico. This six-month project provides a unique chance to apply strategic thinking, research, and analytical skills to a high-impact project, contributing to customer engagement advancements and driving digital transformation strategies. Under the guidance of their mentor, the Co-Op will focus on exploring omnichannel digital capabilities to enhance both face-to-face customer engagement and the execution of digital marketing strategies, benchmarking against industry practices, and assessing the readiness of internal and external teams to implement innovative solutions. This role will involve analyzing data, conducting research, and collaborating across multiple teams to develop a business case with actionable insights and recommendations for business leadership. **You will be responsible for:** + Evaluate digital transformation opportunities and propose tailored recommendations for the Puerto Rico market. + Assess digital marketing strategies current state and opportunities. + Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify best practices and opportunities. + Assess team readiness and define key needs to support transformation initiatives proposed. + Analyze marketing data and propose frameworks to enhance ROI measurement. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and align strategies. + Prepare a business case with strategic recommendations for leadership. **Qualifications / Requirements:** + Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required. + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or MBA degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field. + Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required. + Strong analytical, research, and communication skills, with proficiency in data tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). + Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal) and efficient follow-through. + Highly organized, team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. + High degree of intellectual curiosity. + Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship. + Experience utilizing dashboards and data visualization software (Tableau and/or Dataiku) is preferred but not required + Prior exposure to digital marketing, strategy, or data analysis is a plus.
