**Summary:** Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join our Telco Business team in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with leading telecommunications companies in the region. This full-time position will have responsibility over the North Cone region of Latin America. **Required Skills:** Strategic Partner Manager - Telco Business Team Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with leading telcos in Latin America, focusing on driving growth, innovation, and revenue 2. Build and maintain trustful relationships with C-Level executives at partner companies 3. Negotiate and close complex deals that enhance Meta's product offerings, generate new revenue streams, and drive distribution of the Meta Family of Apps and devices 4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and risks 5. Provide regular reporting and analysis on partnership performance, market trends, and competitive landscape **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 6. 8+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on business development, partnerships, or sales 7. Proven track record of negotiating complex deals and building trustful relationships with C-Level executives 8. Deep understanding of the Latin American market, including regulatory environments, consumer behavior, and industry trends 9. Deep communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 10. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions 11. Fluency in Spanish and English 12.
