Juarez, Chih.** **Purpose:** Identifies and develops internal areas of opportunities through the DMAIIC methodology and tools of Excellency in processes with the purpose of reducing the manufacturing cost of the products and continue with the culture of continuous improvement and follows up in quality and regulatory requirements comprehended in the business strategy. **You will be responsible for** **:** + Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. + Coordinates processes and assignments for key initiatives and strategies for all Process Engineering Supply Chain projects, to ensure customer needs are being satisfied for all critical milestones and deadlines. + Determines the optimization of Process Engineering process schematics, both in terms of engineering specifications as well as operational efficiencies. + Produces timely and effective engineering solutions by delivering technical support to production areas in evaluating process improvement opportunities and subsequent modifications. + Advises on Supply Chain Manufacturing Engineering standards and the direction for the department. + Acts as a senior mentor to newer Process Engineers. + Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards. + Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. **Qualifications / Requirements:** + Engineering any specialty. + Master of Science and/or Certification is recommended. + From 4 to 6 years in a similar position preferably. + Experience in medical industry preferably. + Knowledge in good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry. + Design of experiments + Knowledge of statistical analysis tools + Management of statistical procedures. + Knowledge of computational packages + Oral communication skills; and written in Spanish + Senior Process Engineer: Strong understanding of standard costs and work standards. + Senior Process Engineer and Staff: Knowledge of production processes. + Advanced English Senior Process Engineer
